Salary: Band N - £52509.60 to £59139.60 (dep. on qualifications and experience)

As Director of Quality, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the College’s Quality Assurance and Improvement Framework, ensuring excellence in all aspects of provision.

You will lead a culture of evidence-based improvement, ensuring that teaching standards, learner outcomes, and quality processes align with Ofsted’s Education Inspection Framework (EIF).

This role is central to our success — from inspection readiness to staff development — ensuring we deliver consistently high standards across all curriculum areas.
